Tons of videos out now about how the cheaters are banned from playing content creators. The owner of the cheating discord with over 40k people posted a long list of creators you arent supposed to play, also about how you shouldn't have a batting average above .430 to avoid suspicion.

So basically feel free to ruin normal players games, but dont cheat vs content creators because we dont want to be broadcasted cheating.

I dont watch yourfriendkyle, but him and other content creators are doing a good job of exposing the cheaters.

I saw a video where that Kyle guy said the owner of the cheaters group sent him a message and it is someone he knows. Why wouldn't he out the people running these shady cheating groups?

You really just need to laugh at the cheaters. If you watched the video YFK posted you'll know that these people are paying $200 for the software and $30 a month just to keep it. So they are paying around $470 to have computer software play a game for them. YFK even asked the guy why he does it when it's not like he's making that money back. And the guy said we'll because it makes me feel good since I could never get to WS before. Simply a bunch of people who can't get good and then cheat and think they are. Just gotta laugh and call them out when you play them.

@Dodgers_1890_PSN I don't know, but, frankly, the individuals don't matter. The ability to cheat is what matters. Until they find a way to keep the cheat from working, no other action matters. The cheating will continue.

@mietha_PSN yeah I know what you're saying. I'm still just very much confused on the whole thing. These people paid $100 for the game, $200 to join a cheater group, and $30 month to not actually play the game. In what world, does that make sense?

Also, what exactly is the end goal? Is it comradery within the group itself or some type of Truman Show complex? At least with Tik Tok troll types (e.g. Johnny Somali and Vitaly) they're making fools of themselves for outside attention, regardless of whether it's positive or negative. These cheaters are basically sworn to secrecy.

I understand why someone would use the mini-season and offline stuff. The online stuff... confused.

It's a fair question. My guess is their motivation is that winning by any means is a reality they have embraced, and it doesn't matter what the reward for winning is. They don't see how it cheapens themselves in the effort. The live entirely in the here and now.

I watched the YFK video just now. It’s caused me to think about if I want to continue playing The Show 26 like I have been (tons). Or do I just step back and become more casual?…I think that’s the winner. I’ll play but it’s just one of the games in my rotation going forward instead of being the game I play 75% of my time. It’s a shame but I’m not going to put in the time grinding to WS only to be constantly knocked down by losers who suck at the game lol

Kyle is just milking the content, he knows who the leader of that discord is and won’t expose him, he basically made a video to “spread awareness”.

All he really did was basically promote the cheating software, by highlighting all it can do for whoever pays to use it, he did a solid to the scumbag selling it.

Again… there’s no better promo than the biggest content creator of your target audience to “expose” how it works and what it does for you….

@iBonafideScrub__PSN if the guy who he knows who made the cheats rly is a millionaire he probably got an offer he couldn’t refuse he probably looked at it as a opportunity for People to see his product and what it can do in a new light. Which sucks because until actions are taken against the cheaters like u said this only raises awareness and the way I look at it gives stupid people stupid ideas…

They probably don’t even try, I imagine they lack the social skills to even talk to people.

I think people are focusing too much on the mp part. Yes, it definitely ruins the online experience but the mini seasons part is massive. From my understanding you could run it, go to bed and wake up with probably at least 50 packs. If you pull 2 Ohtani's haven't you pretty much paid for everything for the year or am I missing something?

Kyle probably got paid to do the video.

If I was the owner of discord, why would I risk my cheating scheme and software?

It was never a video to show people how to fight it, it was always a paid promo. They say it’s hard to hit Rogers with white pants, I call BS.

    @DemIsE4_XBL

As an offline player this is the biggest issue to me. Hearing this mini season auto grind bs makes me want to walk away for good. Unless SDS starts juicing packs and XP big time I’m just about done. Really sucks.

This is exactly the intention behind the video, sell that exact idea…

@Dodgers_1890_PSN Some people have more money than sense. Has nothing to do with ROI. There isn't any. It's so they can brag to their friends that they "made" world series. Same concept as executives hiring high-end escorts to be seen with them. Everyone knows it's BS, but this somehow makes them feel like bigger/better people. At its root, I suppose it's just a form of self delusion. The one caveat to that is that having it run MS non-stop would certainly get you WAY more stub than using that money to buy stubs from SDS. The cheat bots are VERY likely the main reason Ohtani costs 700k+.

@DemIsE4_XBL Remember, he literally said in the video "if you have 700 packs". I don't that that was a number pulled out of thin air. I think people are MASSIVELY underestimating the impact the MS part is having. The MP part is more annoying, to individuals, and more visible, but the MS part is what is destroying the game. But hey, at least the cheaters will get the card from MS that requires you to play on All-Sta while the ones that don't cheat but aren't good enough can't, so that's super awesome. /s
