Playing CO Op, mine and my teammates names / mics are flashing, despite being in a party.

Does anyone know who I can mute myself and my teammates so it's now flashing (Xbox)

I've been having this issue lately and it's super frustrating. I also have tried discord chat instead of xbox party chat and the same thing happens. Did you ever find a fix?
