Fielding Attribute

I play second base. My player often drops ground balls or can't field them cleanly. Do I need to improve his fielding attribute, or is there another attribute I should focus on?

I think it depends on how you're making errors.

If you're getting to the ball easily, it's your fielding. If you're having trouble getting to the ball, it's your reaction.
