Not receiving rewards for wheel spins

I just pulled the ultra deluxe in my wheel spin and i didn’t get my rewards why is this game so horribly laggy and buggy. When i closed app i still don’t have my spin what’s the point of grinding for these things if we get no rewards for anything.

@Rhino_on120_PSN Did you open an Ultra Deluxe the last time you played? Go look at your pack history.

Last time i played? I am playing right now lol there was no time before. Have never opened an ultra pack this year. This was my first spin all year. Literally spun the wheel went to open the pack and there was nothing there.
