Progress Issues - Offline - Assorted Programs

The assorted programs progress on my account is not being recorded correctly. I have completed sections and it does not reflect in the game nor the Companion App. For example

Egg Hunt Series
I collected the eggs cards from the egg hunt series and none show as collected in the tasks section.

Jackie Robinson Series
i completed all the negro league storylines and the progress does not show on the Jackie Robinson bonus tasks.

Anyone has the same problem and knows how to fix it?

You have to physically go in and collect them, like you do live series cards. They aren't auto collected.

I did this, they are collected and non sellable. Is there something else to do in order to collect them?
