is everyone else's menu laggy for days?

It was laggy a month ago, and then they fixed it. now it's been laggy again. is it laggy for life? this is insane.
I don't want my money back, I want my time back.
so many problems. I wasn't getting xp yesterday and then it all came at once today. I just wish they would explain why it's so faulty this year.

Yes, sometimes it takes forever for the menu to change and other times it freezes completely and I have to restart the game.

The "Play" menu constantly lags for me and pretty much the first time I try to go into a single player mode the game locks up. Restart but then I'm fine but feels like a stupid bug they should have fixed weeks ago.
