DD Progress not being recorded

The assorted programs progress on my account is not being recorded correctly. For example I collected the eggs cards from the egg hunt series and none show as collected in the tasks section.
Similarly, i completed all the negro league storylines and the progress does not show on the Jackie Robinson bonus tasks.
Anyone has the same problem and knows how to fix it?

You may have to reinstall the game, I fear
