TA uniforms packs

What's the point of giving out more packs than uniforms available in the TA progression? Having duplicates of No Sell cards it ridiculous. Do better and let us quick sell dupes. Other than nerfing the market whats the point of making us grind for something that is literally useless (no sell dupes).

It bothers me as well. Going through my inventory i cant tell which uniforms I have multiple of to sell. Just lazy really.
