load times are really bad right now in DD

what is going on??? I'm in DD trying to do the Jackie program but every little button press takes like 30 seconds to register.
Hasn't the game been out like a month now? How are we still having these issues??? The worse I remember was MLB 17 where if you tried to see your inventory and scroll thru the teams, it took like a minute for the thing to get to the new team screen.
