Why does hitting feel different this year.

It feels like there are only a few paths for a ball in play to take, least on defense it feels that way.

Yeah,unless it middle middle these under 90 power guys aren't getting to 100mph a lot of the time

Why do people play on rookie so often?
Here’s why… watching pitch after pitch out of the strike zone, never actually getting to hit is so boring. While I have typed this, I left the game running. Currently, playing the Campy storyline. I’ve had my head down typing this the whole time and I haven’t touched my controller, yet I just “worked” a 4-1 walk. It’s BS. It’s not fun never seeing anything to hit. It’s discouraging. “WeLcOmE tO bAsEbAlL”

It’s a game. The term “video game numbers” came from a place of fun… this is garbage. -
@TheRealKJ22_XBL this game is everything but fun. You cant hit when you square up the ball online, pci shrinkage not just on sliders away, sinkers and change ups now, the cpu throws nothing but balls offline, all the bugs in the game all the cheeters now, all the cheese in this game. Etc etc etc

Yeah it’s reaching a new low. Problems are adding up and I have a feeling people are and will continue to leave in droves.
Not fun to play is a great way to sum up the current state of the game.

@TripleH-4481_PSN im about done, cant believe im saying that. Its bad. The only thing good is the content. Its like they are using content to cover up the bad. Like putting lip stick on a pig.

Online I feel like hitting has never been easier. Offline it does feel like the ball doesn’t travel as much but I am usually using lesser cards. Does feel like there is a little punishment for playing on lesser difficulties

I normally play year round and have collected every card in the game since 21. A month in I have almost no motivation to play. So if a die hard like me is ready to bail after 4 weeks that should be very alarming to say the least.

@Ditka06_MLBTS it’s BS that when you’re not even playing online, you can’t complete anything because if you have to tally 2 hits, and you’re 1-1 with a double and 3 walks, you’ve just wasted time and it’s not even your own fault. The cpu needs to be adjusted for offline play. This has turned to garbage.
