Why are majority of prospects 5’7-5’9?

Seems weird. There’s a lot of shorter baseball players in that 5’8 range IRL, but there’s also a lot 6’4+ players.
Seems like auto generated prospects are all under 5’10 for some reason. You rarely see those Judge, Cruz, Condon, Kurtz, Elly type prospects.
-
Taller players tend to be more injury prone, and this isn't the freaking dull NBA.
-
Umm what? I’m not saying everyone should be 6’4+ but there’s an unrealistic amount of generated prospects that are under 5’9. There’s not nearly enough prospects that are 5’11-6’3. And you hardly ever see anyone taller than that.
-
my guy, its 2026 you got the women generation on? there are like 5 foot 2 that look like 300 pounders with 80 + running speed

Edit'em. I edit every newly drafted player to my liking.
-
That’s not a bad solution but it also affects RTTS where you can’t edit other players.
Then you also would have to go through an edit 50+ newly drafted players or the majority of the league is gonna end up being under 5’10 in a few years.
It’s just a dumb issue that shouldn’t be an issue to begin with.
-
IRL the players' height declined due to ABS. The measured them with shoes and ballcaps off.

I don’t think you realize how many 5’7 top 100 prospects this game generates

With only 7 draft picks a year the game does a poor job of generating enough good prospects to populate the game with a sustainable franchise long term.
