I literally can’t play the game, I have been disconnected in the 2nd inning of my last 9 ranked games. I’ve been disconnected on cpu games. I have spent hundreds on this game and can’t play it. Genuinely about to uninstall it for good

It’s not a wifi issue either my nat type is fine, latency is fine. I’m getting 950 up and 950 down. I’m hard wired in. This is the first year since I started playing mlb back in 2012 that this has happened. It sucks

If you haven't tried it yet, do a reinstall. Uninstall the game and restart your system, then reinstall and restart your system.

Unfortunately………the product and the customer service has gotten worse and worse over the years. I suspect nothing will change until a competitor becomes relevant.

Multiple no one respondsYou have to give them time. Im sure there's alot of tickets being submitted and it doesnt help when someone keeps sending tickets when they dont get a fast response.

Tried that same result -
I fixed it! Changed my DNS settings to primary dns as 8.8.8.8 and secondary dns as 8.8.4.4
