Embarrassing Franchise Mode

This will be officially the last time I give SDS my money.. Prospect rankings are not even close to being accurate. Multiple guys in tens top 20 prospects with potentials as D.
My team, the Rays, are legit missing a handful of prospects in our top 30 and guys that are in spring training currently in real life. 3 starting pitchers are under relief pitchers..
This is only after 20 mins of going through the rosters and mostly the Rays
So bad!!!!

I know what you mean about the prospects. My Halos are missing a bunch of prospects...the 5 prospects they got in return for Ohtani...oh sorry, that didn't happen. Also the 4 other prospects they gave up because they thought they were in it during Ohtani's last season...before immediately falling on their face. No, I think SDS got this one right...Farm Rank 30. This is why MLB needs to change their revenue distribution system. Instead of equal for all, pay division winners $300M and last place teams $30M. Incentivize winning. Force owners like Arte that continue to lose (either because of effort or incompetence) into a situation where they have to sell because they're losing money.

But I do agree there should have be an opt out/in for those who desire an easier experience.I've played thousands of games for many years in manage mode and I've never won the world series. No need for fog of war to make it more difficult. I'm sure the CPU knows exactly what the attributes are for every player. I just want a level playing field.

I could understand if it was online but what do they accomplish in offline franchise by doing this?

@AndyWilk09_PSN I said that last year but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and of course I’m regretting it and they’re still regressing with everything other than DD. Not only are the prospect rankings way off but they’re missing 90% of the prospects scans…. The future of the league and all they care about is making a DD card with boosted stats and no scan… Top prospects from last year and most of the top prospects debuting this year look like monsters or Nintendo 64 created players. 2026 and clearly these nerds know nothing about baseball other than their cringe card game. That’s what they think of when they think of baseball . Dungeons and dragons … takes 5 minutes to research but of course not . DD is all that matters . It’s pathetic and I agree, never again getting my money.
