PPI Logic Is Busted

Doing a franchise and the PPI list is including players like Jackson Merrill, Colton Cowser, Ceddanne Rafaela, Austin Wells, JUNIOR CAMINERO, WYATT LANGFORD, Dylan Crews, Noevli Marte, and so on.
I’m sorry but what are we doing here? What’s the point of having this in franchise if the logic can’t even detect who is actually eligible as a PPI? Young players with multiple years of big league experience shouldn’t be on the list.
C’mon man.

A lot of conflicting information about who's ppi eligible out there.
Merrill, Cowser, Rafaela, Wells, Langford definitely eligible but I see conflicting reports on Caminero, Crews and Marte. -
Ok, here's the story morning glory, Caminero Crews and Marte will remain on the PPI List until traded or they reach arbitration eligible. I looked at Caminero and if Tampa doesn't trade him, he'll be on the PPI List in MLBTS 27 also as well too.
