Was in a WBC mini seasons game and attempted to put in a pinch runner, when I came back to game screen this is what I see. Buttons on joypad and start button on controller are non responsive. Don't want to hit dashboard button becuase it will kick me out of game. Any solution?https://postimg.cc/mczd5S2f

I was in the finals, won my first round game and then got to the menu screen only to find out they gave me a loss. It's happened twice now.
Moral of the story, you'll get a loss regardless sometimes

More craziness, a player earned a walk and instead of proceeding to first, stood in front of home plate( not the batter's box) in a batting stance for a couple of seconds, it finally corrected itself though.
