"Buy needed items" not working in collection menu

Does anyone else have the issue where the "buy needed items" is showing 0 stubs and says no cards are found on the marketplace? This is on PS5. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

It works on everything except for Live Series for me. I don't know if that was how they intended it to be, but I don't understand why they wouldn't have that option for each team when it's in every other collection you can do.
