Actually, yes, they do since they explicitly advertised and stated that this program would carry over into '26, and since OP completed the program, they are owed what was advertised by the company.

I still only have 10, so they still owe me 16 plus Beltran and I put a ticket in and there's been crickets out of SDS so far

I've given up on receiving mine, got Beltran, a card I won't ever use.....doubt I'll ever receive one of the rewards packs. Just seems the way of it

@Stinkysman77_MLBTS They have Now & Later packs to build loyalty and incentivize you to buy the next year's game. Basic marketing concepts. You're supposed to launch the game and open your packs. Instead, I said "WTF are my packs?" and closed the game and opened MLB 25 and was annoyed. That's bad business practice. And saying "cram it, you get nothing" would be worse.

i just got my last 6 like 10 mins ago. it sucks its taken this long but hopefully you all get them soon. Otherwise i'd submit a ticket.

I am still waiting on my last 14 too, as long as the Beltran. Opened a ticket this morning. I got an automatic reply, but still no packs.

Yep. Waiting on 17 packs and have submitted 2 tickets. I’ve heard nothing from SDS on the issue.

Same here, 13 out 26 I have received, no Beltran. I put a ticket in, going on 36 hrs ago and no response. The whole situation is bad, but what makes it horrible is the lack or should I say the non existent communication of what's going on and when we can expect rest of our packs and Beltran.
What baffles me is randomness of pack releases.

What baffles me is that they said that if we didn't receive them by Friday to put in a support ticket but why bother doing that if their not even gonna acknowledge it and respond

I got 13 of my 26 earlier in the week, but nothing since then and no Beltran. It should not be hard to reference my account on the 25 game, see I have 26 vouchers and completed the Beltran program, and reward everything at one time. I submitted a ticket but so much has gone wrong so far this year that I'm honestly just about ready to move on to other games and put this franchise away for good.

I just asked Ashley Sanders in her stream today and she said that they're still being rolled out and if you don't get them in the next couple days then put a support ticket in
