Why is there a Real 99 in the Market?

Not sure if this is a bug or error but there’s a Real 99 version/card of Nick Sogard on the market? What?
Did I miss an announcement or something?

@mhenry23_PSN I guess if Nick Sogard himself decided to sell his own card, then yes lol

@doobiebross66-72_PSN Problem is, I think the card is (at least supposed to be) no-sell so even if he wanted to, he couldn't.
