Mini-Seasons Innings Stuck?

Am I crazy or are you stuck w/ the inning-count you select your first run? My first run for the WBC I chose 9 innings and after concluding the first season I tried to run it back after, but this time hoping to do only 3 innings.
As I jumped on today into season two I'm not given an option to select 3 innings. I'm in game one now and I'm hoping that I don't have to play 9 innings for EVERY run.

They may be trying to get stamina fixed so maybe only 3 for now.

try resetting the mini season from the mini season menu.
I had to do this with WBC to pick a different team -
@MrNintendo_MLBTS preciate the response, just wanna get a grip on what you're saying. You are saying they might be focusing on addressing stamina before addressing other issues in Mini-Seasons?

@Hack-Smoke-44_XBL yeah folks were saying that starters Stamina wasn’t matching up in 9 inning. They were draining like 3 inning. So if 9 is unavailable they might be trying to fix it.

My fault I read it wrong. You are only wanting 3 inning game. Yes restart season should work.

Haven’t tried any mini season 9 inning yet but look forward to it.
