RTTS Wants from reasonable to impossible

** UPDATES FROM EASY TO IMPOSSIBLE **
-
starting from 20 base everything instead of 40 and being able to have higher values in what you want your career to at the start
-
Archetype builds that effect stats i.e taller heavier guys being slower and stronger than small skinny guys.
-
Setting your max stats you can become at the start of your career and then playing at that max level while you are in high school and maybe 70-80% when you go to college and then after you get drafted starting at normal starting level you’d be now
-
A Personality that affects decisions. Picking if you start in a giant baseball program school or if you are the best player on a small team.

Coach/organization trust levels. Don’t be taken out of the game in a crucial spot but also have negative effects like a decrease in your stats and repercussions if you fail
Would love to discuss in more depth about any of these and the likely hood of this happening

This is so frustrating to get taken out with a perfect game in the 9th inning with 1 out just because you have tossed 95 pitches.
I freaking hate this stupid pitch count [censored] in the game today. That’s why everyone has Tommy John surgery all the time, they anll throw as hard as they can without using the lower half of the body. Even as recently as the 90s they would complete a start with 145 or more and do it again 4 not 5 days later with less IL stints. Pitcher’s worked on leg strength not arm strength. Using legs for pushing off for velocity not their arms.

Fully agree on the attributes point, everything starting at 40 and only being able to go so high with the starting points doesn't feel good
-
With progression being way to slow this year they should be 50 at start in player creation.

During baserunning opportunities, it would be nice to 'get the signs' from the base coaches when a hit-and-run is supposed to happen. Or if the batter is going to bunt.
I have seen a notice for a 'steal situation', but I was standing on 3rd base at the time (we were up by 3 runs in the bottom of the 6th, no one else was on base). Was I really expected to steal home?

I can understand where you guys are coming from, and maybe it's just me. But I haven't seemed to have a problem so far. My player just got to AAA ball and is ranked a 67 overall. This is actually pretty typical for most AAA players. I feel like progressing is going just fine, a bit wonky since I only simmed 1 week to see and my avg dropped from a .405 to a .375, so basically it said my player went 0-24 that week. So I don't see the change they said about current strides and avg being a factor
