Drafted #1 overall

Does anyone have any tips to be drafted #1? I’ve tried two different two way players and only managed to get as high as #8.

I’ve tried a 2 way and a 3rd baseman. Both won hs and college WS twice and best was #2 White Sox. I even tried reloading 6 times never happened. I think it has to do with the nerfed xp this year. I love the extra hs and college games but you actually get less tokens. They make it sound like more but I believe they increased xp required xp for your OVR. I’m almost burnt out already with the grind and STILL not out of AA. I’m sorry but it sucks trying to get OVR up and not being able to get your 4 seam up when the rest of the post college pitchers are OVR 70+ throwing 97+.

I’m thinking maybe you have to go to a college with 5 star exposure. But I’ve yet to find one

@kylejaros88_psn Every goal this year is twice as difficult as the last few years. It feels like the nerf bat is bigger and more effective than the tornado bats.

Just did it as a two way player. Catcher and pitcher. 64 overall P and 60 C

@kylejaros88_psn intersting, I was 2 way p and 2nd baseman 4 times. The xp nerfs this year have already worn me down. Just created new roster on 25 and started new RTTS player there, #1 overall right away.
Don’t get me wrong I love ABS being in game and FINNALY hearing coaches actually saying something and being correct about running bases. But so many things we have been brought to the attention have just not been addressed over the years. I’m tired of paying $90 a year for a $20 expansion. The graphics have not changed since 2015, the video hesitations have been here since late ps3 and Xbox one.
