20 Card Max
-
Do you guys not here yourself, you are complaining that you can't play Stock Market the Show 26 in a baseball game so stop complaining and buy real stocks
-
@mhenry23_PSN why does it bother you?
-
Because im tired of listening to crybabys on here
-
@mhenry23_PSN so no actual input to the conversation?
-
Im just saying you dont need to have 20 cards of ohtani to complete the live series collection
-
@mhenry23_PSN not a single person is buying 20 copies of Ohtani. You have no idea what you’re talking about.
-
I know im just saying you dont need to have a ton of every card
-
They probably should've just sold MLB The Stock Market
When's the early release on that? I can't wait to preorder.
-
This is rubbish - Roster Investment is what makes your game unique. Be sensible.
-
Oh and by the way, the cost of completing LS is as high as it ever was last year.
True, but let's see where the market shakes out in a few days/weeks.
-
@xero4019_XBL Or how any gaming economy works. This is also the first step toward persuading people to spend thousands of dollars.
-
@MarioMendoza935_XBL It's going to cost as much as ever, if not more. But there weren't be anywhere near as many ways to make money. EA fans are just reading this and thinking, "Here we go again..."
-
@MarioMendoza935_XBL well they just increased the max price on Ohtani to 1M and he’s already on his way there.
People blaming investing is hilarious.
-
@xero4019_XBL Yup. Ohtani currently costs $500. And a handful of people here are still carrying water for the corporation that just quietly raised prices.
-
still carrying water for the corporation that just quietly raised prices.
Because we're not dumb enough to buy. Most of us finish collections organically by playing the game, selling our dupes from the thousands of packs we get during the year, grinding for stubs by playing the game and not the stock market.
-
@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN zero percent chance you finished LS and all the other collections “organically”. You’ll tell me you did, but that’s an outright lie, unless you don’t have a job and play the game 24/7. In which case, SDS thanks you for your service.
-
There's so much exaggeration going on in this thread. If you play all the content, you don't need to invest to get all the big cards. Investing always seemed to me to be a cheesy method of racking up stubs - it's not hard, but I don't want this game to be Stock Market Simulator. The people crying the loudest seem to be the same people who refuse to play DQ, or Mini Seasons, or Conquest, or Showdown, or do Programs - basically they don't want to play any of the game, they just want the cards.
-
I'm on the fence on buying '26. So your basically saying if you haven't bought it yet don't waste your money? I don't have a lot a time to invest into the game. At least in '25 I have almost every 99, and I can have my stress release hitting nukes in mini seasons or conquest. At least I know what I got. No more money lost.
-
@rubicante23_PSN “the game should only be played the way I play it”
Summed up why you wrote for you.
-
I have no issue with limits like these. It probably simmers down some inflation.
But, more importantly, I'd love if I didn't have to watch all these knuckleheads who are bragging about having a kabillion stubs one month into the game.....even though they kinda stink at the game, and don't do any of the game content. But, here they are trotting out every awesome card available, and posting vids with thumbnails where they are bathing in gold coins. Bleh.
