I know they mentioned Gold and Diamond Player WBC packs will be loaded throught the programs tonight.

But did they mention if the Pre-Order packs will also be loaded, in Programs, as well?

Or do you just get the two, for now, from the DD version?

Usually the preorder packs are exclusive for a bit, but it could be different for wbc packs
