Trading Kimbrel seems a small price we paid to get rid of bj Upton and eventually get Austin Riley via a draft pick. I like that trade too.

Initially yes. Shelby Miller was coming off an amazing all star year. We were getting two hot prospects but #1’s bust often. You also have to remember that was closely after being burned on the Oliver’s trade

Shelby Miller was coming off a season where he legitimately looked like a cy young winner, the Braves needed a fresh start, they needed the local guy who would inspire the franchise, enter dansby Swanson - I know dansby doesn’t get a lot of national spotlight, however he is the heart and soul of the team, first guy on the steps after a run scores, plays with heart passion, and a certain attitude that Freddie Freeman simply doesn’t have! The Braves also got Chris Johnson if I recall? He was lights out for us for that year, add in game ENDER, and whoa and behold the Braves pulled off maybe the most lopsided trade in the history of the organization... fast forward to present day, dansby acuna Ozzie Freddie, just an unreal core... add in the stud pitching we have and I believe this is the year for the Braves to win it all! If we play ——— on a personal note, my bachelor party was supposed to be in Atlanta in June for the Braves dodgers series looks like it won’t happen
