How do you get the finest packs so you can get finest cards. I am missing many players and I don't know how to get new packs.

Ultra packs can be turned in for finest packs. Can get those via mini seasons or I think the US conquest
There are two finest that are 100% unobtainable if you didnt grab them the week they were in the shop for free. Any WC finest (Ramirez if I recall) will probably dry up in the next couple weeks unless they put in a forever mode with those.
