Height Growth
-
I just want to see how some people that come to this topic is short or tall. I do the massai tribe exercise which is jumping but you don't land on your back of the feet I think. I also wanna see your opinions on whether height growth is entirely genetic or eating so much, eating protein and exercising helps.

My man, enough with the repeat topics. But since you really want to know, it's less genetics and more sleeping, eating, and drinking. Constant exercise, good hydration, and a good amount of protein intake. But dude, there's AI, Google, and hundreds of YouTube videos on this topic. Just search it up, they know more than us.

@TheBigPapa55_PSN I just really hope I happened to inherit my one of my 3 uncles, dad, or my mom's dad's genes though because people who do the stuff for height properly besides genetics can still be short though. Crazy how my grandparents were short but my dad ended up being tall. For reference, he played basketball when he was teen I think. I play baseball and there's rarely jumping in there so I can see a balance of tall and short people in the sport. Due to my ethnicity which I will not mention, it's gonna be really hard to be 6'4 unfortunately.

You don't need to be 6'4 to be honest. Don't worry, 6'0 is just as attractive as 6'4. Even 5'10 is all that you need to get some ladies

@TheBigPapa55_PSN It's not just attractiveness, I noticed that usain bolt is 6'5 and a lot of good homerun hitters are tall, and some tall people are actually fast like Elly, I heard because they have longer strides. My dad wants me to be an MLB or NBA player.

Curry is 6'3, Altuve is 5'6, Muggsy Bogues is 5'3, Trea Turner is 6'1, you don't need height to do what you want to do, man.
