In past years I've been undefeated into 35-40 games.
I don't think it necessarily implies cheating. They just more than likely stay in the lower rankings as I do. I play mostly all star and I don't play frequently enough to progress in a single season so my record is always pretty good but I'd never making like 1000 rating.
If they do have the 1000 rating maybe it's a little more suspicious because sometimes you can be better than your opponent and still lose cause of the weirdness of online play
