I quit every round I played today. I haven’t played in a bit and I was focusing moreso on work and children over playing but man everytime I mounted a ball up today I just got very little exit velo. It was a pool noodle day. And everything on my opponents side was foul after foul after foul until a bomb was hit. My catcher let a strikeout blow past him and then suddenly all hail broke loose. Sometimes I play this game and no matter what happens the game is heavily against you. All while ur opponent breathes on the ball and somehow it flies sky high for a very late homerun. I just don’t understand the instability and inconsistent issues. Is this connection ? Is this bad servers ? Is this just mondays? Mondays have always been very nasty days for me server and connection wise and I just can’t figure it out. And when my par is in the dirt and the pitch is thrown perfectly why does it hang over the plate ? Is that also connection ? I can go from a 900 rank on this game all the way down to 600 on these types of days. I can win top 5 in gold II weekend classic and then lose to players that probably just started. It’s just so inconsistent. I’ve beat top players in the world and I’ve lost to players in the 500 rank. I just don’t understand and on days like this you can’t even stay in the game mentally because it’s no fun. And then u start dicking off because what’s the point. Sometimes hitting late or early or missing intentionally can actually get you on base. Then you will almost always follow with a dinger or rather a double play. Just depends what the game has in store for you at that time.
