Quick Manage Broken/CPU Manager Broken

So I've been having this issue where when I quick manage games, the CPU will warm up pitchers before I want or need one, and will even swap a pitcher for no reason with no warning. Yesterday it pinched ran for my best hitter who is also my best runner in the 6th inning! It also does it while playing games. The whole point of franchise mode is the player has control, yet the game manager is still doing things I do not want it to do. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there some setting that I'm missing?
