What's with all the rain?

It's so annoying how often RTTS makes a game be played in the rain. Not that there's ever a delay, even when there should be. Games go on as normal despite moderate-to-heavy rain, even thunderstorms (which by MLB rules is not allowed). This is true even for cities where rain is scarce IRL, like Los Angeles, which famously has very little rain during the baseball season. Is there some slider somewhere that I can adjust so it doesn't rain so much?
