Someone explain plz

So i been getting disconnected from the servers constantly, the odd part is mlb the show 25 is the only game I get disconnected from. However I used my phone Hotspot and connected my ps5 and played 9 straight games on mini seasons without being disconnected. Then I switched back to my home internet and in the first game of mini seasons bam I get disconnected again. So someone please explain why this is happening. Again. This is the only game I get disconnected from.

@SoldierHill71_PSN when I was at my aunt's house in July I kept getting disconnected from mlb the show and she has Optimum but when I got home I didn't have any disconnects and I have XFINITY

Optimum is what I have too. But play other games with online connection required and never happens. So it’s something with optimum and the show. And didn’t happen early in year with all my hours of game time. Thinking of calling them.
