Errors

Ok, I'm ranting again and I know it, but how do I get charged an error in a game where I didn't commit an error after the fact? Please someone give me clarity on this because I'm about to delete the entire game. I'm one of those people whom hitting isn't as important as fielding so this is really really pissing me off.

This is a bug that reared its ugly head back in MLB 23, and it was submitted as a bug report by multiple customers, myself included. I recall submitting two bug reports with MLB 23, and then another couple with MLB 24. This year, when it happened again to me -- not once but twice -- I submitted just one report. I figured it was already a wasted effort, but at least SDS couldn't claim they were unaware of it.
Yes, in addition, I did write a thread about it in this community forum.
This is merely one among dozens of game play quality bugs that have gone years unfixed.

@PriorFir4383355_XBL Thanks, I'm just glad I'm not losing my mind. You're right, I'll cross my fingers it gets fixed, but I won't hold my breath.
Thanks again!!

@PriorFir4383355_XBL unbelievable how many bugs have stayed through the show in general. You’d expect patches by now but nah, we get like a billion catchers instead.

@AttemptedKhan_PSN
Bugs like the ones we have in the game are usually caused by a single line or sometimes even a character of code being slightly off. Considering the game probably has millions of lines of code and someone would actually have to identify the error, it is incredibly difficult to fix these issues
