Servers or my WiFi?

Like the last week I’ll get kicked out of online games in the late innings. There is no lag and I have rlly good wifi, never lag out of other games. Just wondering if there is a server problem or if it rlly is my wifi kicking me out of games. Gets pretty frustrating when I’m winning late and take the loss and lose PXP

I have been getting kicked out each day after 10 minutes of gameplay. My internet is strong and I hard-wired my xbox x with same issues. Any suggestions?

Its SDS servers and unfortunately we've been the unfortunate ones. I would play online within an inning or two - I would recieve an error or disconnect message. Whats hilarious is it would send me back to the DD menu and not the very first load up page when you load the game. Which indicates its not our internet but their servers. But dont worry - something special and bigger is dropping this Friday. NBA 2k26 woohooo! Least i can finish a game.

SDS has sunk itself lower than I ever thought they were capable of doing, and frankly I didn't have the highest expectations for them when they released MLB 25.

When do you think the patch will drop to solve this issue?

I thought they would've done it before weekend classics. Then they didnt. Which sounds like it wasn't a high priority. So, whenever they get to it or know the solve. I wouldnt wait on it. Just buy NBA 2k26. Pure green window is back babyyy

All my weekend classic games felt laggy
I played two this morning and they felt pretty good. One game at coors was great, another at fenway felt a little off but better than weekend classic

How did I play 300 plus hours this season with only a handful of disconnects because it was actually my internet going out, to then disconnected every game usually before second inning? This seems like the last update was to fix lag in online games so they are disconnecting folks when their internet speed drops? And why should that even happen if only playing computer and not online head to head? Please change it back before this last update. This game is unplayable now!

@yankblan_PSN I’ve been kicked out of three straight and I have the highest speed and newest router spectrum has to offer and it’s RIGHT NEXT to my PS5 so it’s definitely the game, maybe regional.

@sbchamps17_NSW it’s not bro, how can someone go from NEVER having issues playing 300+ games to then after the update get kicked out of three straight games (hint hint it’s the servers)

@sbchamps17_NSW down detector for the game has a MASSIVE SPIKE for bad servers since 7:30 am for this game so just bc there’s not a ton on people using the companion app telling us about the issue, there ARE a ton of people reporting bad servers.

@m_caraballo24_PSN I wasn’t making judgements either way, just stating that I’ve had 0 issues and my console in case it affected a brand more than the other. I’ve noticed this year that most complaints about crashes came from Xbox players, while I’ve had zero (major) issues this year.
No freeze offs, no kick outs; only the occasional lineup freeze and ratings wheel being wrong.
