Are you early on swings with Griffey?
If so, just wait a tad bit later. That's how I was with All-Star J-Ram. Now I do well with him.
I feared I'd do bad with Beltran. Did awful with his gold. Not the case. He's been great! -

I actually am early on a lot of swings but I also don't wanna get jammed because when I try to wait that's exactly what happens. I sucked with Gil Hodges early on (like an .050 batting average), but now he's one of my best hitters and is up to .280, same with Rolen, so he'll turn it around eventually. -
My only home run with him was an inside the parker in Coors Field lmao

What if you need a pitch runner, late in the game for your catcher, who happens to be the tying run?
What if an infielder that can't hit lefties is up, with the tying run on base and 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th, and the pitcher brings in a lefty?

Fair point, I do like speed but I may need to insert a catcher to my bench. As for infield thats what Bobby Witt is there for.
