Allow decline without penalty after stadium preview

OK SDS, if you want to do something fairly easy to implement that would go a long way to denying the malicious types who use cheat stadiums, then here is what appears an effective option.
Before the game starts, show a visual overview of the stadium that the game would be played in, and after that is shown, give either player the option in the menu to decline the game without penalty. Again, have this option appear after the stadium preview as a menu option.

Although a good idea in theory, most people would decline when they saw they weren’t the home team regardless of the stadium.

They could make it so you saw the stadium before home and away were decided

If its not the stadium you picked, then obviously you'd be the away team.

No I meant as soon as you matched up you would have to approve the other person's stadium before picking your starter and lineups. -
@PriorFir4383355_XBL No thanks. People will just continuously back out of games when it’s a stadium they don’t like. How about fixing the glitched stadiums? Why would we create a bigger problem instead of just fixing the problem?

People can decline the game for all sorts of reasons, but at least this denies the cheat stadiums, and that's the sole goal here.

I would be an advocate for this. Aside from Coors I don't want any max elevation stadium
Or San fran in the day, impossible to see the ball the first few innings until shadows move... Don't want polo in ranked neither

Yup. MLB parks only or all parks.
Granted that leaves out some of the actual cool created fields as well as the minor league ones that play well, but i feel they fixed the issue from a year or two ago where the balls didnt carry in MLB parks. Its fine now.

What about a check box of 3 stadiums you won’t play in. Because I agree, people would quit if they saw they weren’t home.

@Dinger_Dan19_PSN How about you fix and don’t allow glitched stadiums? Otherwise, you play where you and your opponent pick. All of these other suggestions open up people manipulating where they play. That is an awful idea.

A tweak to this concept would be that if either player declines the use of the custom stadium, then a default official MLB stadium would be substituted and the game would then continue.

I would do if your created stadium is declined, you have 15 seconds to decide on any non created stadium -
I think a better option would allow people to disable created stadiums in online matchups. So you don’t match up with anyone who has it picked.

No team can decline the stadium they play irl … so why should that be an option. I bet any pitcher would decline pitching at Coors

… but they have to Clearly, you haven't been paying close attention to the forums of late! There are also rules within MLB for stadium construction. Here's a hint ... try building a stadium in MLB real life that has walls crisscrossing the infield -- see how far you get before MLB puts an end to your stadium design!

Which reiterates my point. Don't allow ANY created stadium online.
