25 face scan processing failed!

anyone know why the face scan keeps failing? It says it in the queue and then this message pops up:
"25 face scan processing failed! please try again"any tips? seems like this should work for the price of this game.

iPhone or other? Some Android devices have been wonky in the past.

I have never been able to get it to work on my iPhone 14 Pro Max or my iPad. Did not work last year or this year.

I guess it will not allow the scanning of images, I want to put the face of a celebrity in the game but cannot get the scan to go through

@eBar360_XBL It does not allow you to scan photos. It can detect whether it is a photo or a natural face shot.

that seems like silly thing to add. why does it matter what our created player looks like? anywho, that was just a rhetorical question.

Rhetorical but I'll answer anyway.
It's the lawyers, if someone scanned a celebrity in, said celebrity could sue the hell out of them, it is for an offline mode but there is always the potential for someone to upload videos/stream it.....
