Ultra Pack Question (Tied to the wheel spin)

So I hit on the Ultra choice pack the other day (highest diamond hit). When I selected my back and opened it three base level cards popped up and I picked one. I thought these packs contained 5 guaranteed diamonds. Anyone who hit this on an XP Wheel spin, did you get 5 cards?

I thought Ultra was 3, Premiere was 5? I just keep hitting the regular 5 pack, and headliners

@TrainerMatt21_PSN premier is 3. I opened a support ticket and they told me that I should only have gotten 1 card.

Ultra is 5 guaranteed diamonds, including one mid round or better
Premier is 3 guaranteed diamonds, could all be low tier (and same guy)
Prime was a choice pack, I only ever get headliners from the wheel and since I am done playing online this year I will never see a premier or ultra pack to know if you can select those prime packs. -
For some reason the wheel is different than the store and you just get to pick one of 5 cards.

I got the Ketel card from the wheel when he was going for like 300k so I happen to love the wheel!

This thread is full of all sorts of misinformation. Ok, so if you get an Ultra Pack from a “wheel spin” and actually choose an ULTRA pack, you will, in fact, get the 5 cards.
You can choose one of the choice packs, HRD or Prime, which will allow you to choose, so you will only get one card.
Common sense here would be to never choose the choice packs, because just grabbing up the Ultra All Star pack gets you 25k stubs at a minimum.
So yes, Ultras do have 5 cards, you get the 5 cards if you choose an Ultra. Don’t choose the HRD or Prime choice packs because you will only get the one card, unless that’s what you want, but it doesn’t make any sense to me at all.

I couldn’t add anything of substance. I’ve had well over 30 wheel spins this year and only get headliners.

Ive gotten 5 show packs a couple of times and a deluxe pack once. Never a premier or ultra
