For all the years I have played MLB this is the first time this has ever happened to me that I know of that I actually caught not getting the stubs for a player I sold. I guess I only caught it because it was for a large sum of stubs

If you submit a ticket they will fix the problem eventually, just make sure to provide whatever you have like screenshots.
