Can someone please tell me how to do this

My player plays 3rd base and from time to time I get a line drive that I have to dive for and there is a target with an X in the middle and everything goes in slow motion. I can never catch the ball as I don't know how to use this part.

Can someone please explain it to me and the best way to catch the ball

I'm guessing it's the one with the pulsing circle around it. When the outer circle gets even with the inner circle, press the button. It'll probably be pulsing quickly so you have to time it right.

Just a heads up the higher your fielding is the slower the circle will pulse making it easier.
