How is your opinion relevant to the OP's statement? Because you don't "think" anyone used his card and your opinion is there are better 3rd baseman than him doesn't provide any value to this thread. The fact is the man's # is being retired by the Mets, which could and probably should warrant a card. He is probably one of, if not the, most beloved Met's player of all time.

For Mets fans only, they are probably the only people who actually used his card. Otherwise from all the content creators his cards sucks and swings a wet noodle for a bat. Scott Rolen, Jose Ramirez are 2 of the better options that everyone has been using

I always forget how young the fans are. Some of these comments make me feel like an old man, and I'm still in my twenties. David Wright was headed to Cooperstown until injuries ended his career, and before they redesigned his swing, it was amazing. I'm not sure why the new animations are so much worse.
Pedro, Randy, Halladay, and Sheffield all had more realistic animations on the old games.

People definitely used his 99 in 2023
His number is getting retired. He absolutely should get a 99 for that.
And I think you severely overestimate how many people care about who the content creators like. People gunning for WSare the minority

He might be in there even with the injuries if they didn't screw him over with Citifield

Wright cards have good attributes but he has like a slide step swing. If you don't pay attention to the leg kick it shouldn't matter but people that do use leg kick for timing prob don't love his swing too much.
Kind've like brooks Lee if I remember both swings correctly
