Request to see a “Hybrid Mode” in future version!

In Road to the Show mode, I’d like an optional feature to act as GM for the team that acquires me, so I can make trades and adjust rosters (except for my own player). This would give players more control over their team’s direction without affecting their personal player progress. I think it would make RTTS more immersive and keep players engaged longer.

Wouldn't that undermine the basic challenge concept of RTTS? You would be in a position to directly manage your own career.

I like this feature. In real life players who are friends of other players can influence a player to sign with a team, etc. in rtts we should at least have a one on one conversation with front office of players who will fit well with the team
