Connection lost??

My MLB the show 25 has not been logging me in lately. It’s been happening for the last couple of days now. I thought maybe it was just a one time thing. No! This has never happened before. I have tried to reinstall. Update everything. Reset all internet. I can play multiplayer on other games I just can’t seem to be logged into MLB DD. I’m on XBOX X/S. I have emailed SDS but still nothing. Can anyone help me

Were you running up the score on bots lately?

No I primarily played ranked. I’m just confused, this is day 2 of me not being able to log in

Looks like your games have been legit lately except for one that may have been a bot...
7/6/2025 4:33PM PDT where you won 27-0 (I can't name your opponent because it is against the TOS of the forum). In that game, were you getting every pitch down the middle as if you opponent was a bot?
Even though you may have not known it was a bot (assuming it was just for sake of an argument), apparently SDS has been banning people who ran up the score and stats on H2H bots even though SDS matched the players up with them.
I'm not saying you were cheating and maybe you didn't know what was going on. SDS has gone after the wrong people lately (they should be going after the bot accounts and not the people who got matched up with them through SDS).

So I’m banned for good? That game it didn’t run rule after up 10. I didn’t know it was a bot. I didn’t even know that was a thing. So that’s it I just lost all my progress for beating a bot?

I have never been banned before. I am not even that good of a player not equipped to know how to cheat.

@TOASTADAZ_XBL I don't know if you are banned. It's a possibility and some what sounds like it with what you say you are experiencing. I would submit a ticket if I were you to figure out what your issue is.

@TOASTADAZ_XBL They can be slow in responding to tickets and maybe even ignore some of them. I hope it works out for you soon and hope that you weren't banned but that it is something else than can be fixed.

@TOASTADAZ_XBL No problem! By the way, after looking at that one particular opponent's game logs, it doesn't look like you played against a bot. Looks like you just beat the snot out of a bad player. So, hopefully it is some minor issue than can be resolved soon. Now, there is a chance that person got upset you beat them so badly they made a false report that you did something (possibly because like I said it sounds like you may have been banned).

No I have reset all my routers and modem. I don’t know what to do or what to try

I tried battlefield 2042 and that wouldn’t let me in. Then I tried college football that wouldn’t let me in

Sounds like XBOX not connecting, maybe reset the internet connection settings on your XBOX or test the internet connection if XBOX has that option
