Challenge failed (T mobile)

Played all night last night and today I can't get into a lobby with an opponent. Doing the challenge failed stuff. My NAT is at type 3 and I think that's what's causing it. I cannot figure out how to change my NAT type to another type to see if that's really the problem. Seen this has been happening for years. Figure someone by now would have. Gonna have to leave t mobile. My spectrum service never did this.

I have T Mobile as well, I have no other options where I live. Comcast just recently pulled fiber through town, so that’s on the horizon. I have had spells where I can play online with no problem, then it does the “challenge failed” issue for weeks on end. What I was told the problem is related to your IP address. T Mobile does not use a static IP address, it constantly changes while online and this causes issues with the configuration that SDS uses for online games. Neither side seems to care, SDS won’t even respond to my tickets in the issue, and TMobile says they will not change. I find the whole thing humorous when I see TMobile ads touting they are sponsoring partner of MLB. You aren’t alone. It sucks. I’ve played one WC and went 5-1 and finished third in my group. I enjoyed it and wanted to play again but the “window” is never open during the WC. But I was able to play the moonshot event in its entirety.
