The Show 24 Team Affinity Stalled

Support isn't even acknowledging my concern so I may as well try here.

Is anyone else on 24 having issues with the Team Affinity programs? None of my PXP or player stat missions are giving me progress in the program. In addition, I'm seeing an Unhandled Server Exception Error every 20 minutes or so. Further, I've lost credit for winning 3 conquest battles over the last 2 days because I get an error afterwards saying there was a Friendly Quit. In a vs CPU game!
