Last Name On Jerseys

So.... For a not (too) controversial subject for everyone...
What is everyone's thoughts on last names on jerseys? I have them on my team's. I feel like the jersey is more complete with them.
I also understand some people feel it's more traditional to go without. Curious where the majority here come out on this.

I feel like jerseys feels empty without them and the names are especially helpful in real baseball games for telling who is who on the field
