Another co-op glitch?

Apparently when you are winning the other team can simply pause the game, let the timer run to :00, and then just sit there hoping that you quit so they get a free win.
This year has been fun, but this is a joke. 2 game breaking glitches and we aren't even to the allstar break.

Apparently a team can intentionally lose for a half decade to stockpile talent and then start banging on trash cans and using buzzers under jerseys to signal off speed or fast stuff and they get to keep their piece of metal and none of the cheaters get punished.
