Linking accounts

Long story short, I accidentally unlinked my accounts and everything got screwy. Basically my PS5 console showed that my team was erased and that I had zero stubs. But the companion app — and on my The Show account — showed my team intact and my stub total where it was before. It's also showing a different username than I had before.
I had a Nintendo Switch previously, which is what I played The Show on and originally started with online play, but now I don't have it. It is also the account where — I'm assuming — all of my progress is.
Is it as simple as entering the code on my PS5 back into the linked account portion of my account? Or do I need to contact support to help get it synced back up.
