8 total bases with a total of four at bats. With cpu pitchers that are dotting and barely throw strikes. With cpu defenses that make every play. With perfect hits being singles. Pitchers dont even have fast balls! Go jump in a lake sds with all your bs and catering to the top players in the game this year [censored].
Hit two home runs in four at bats or this one ain't happening. Cause the computer will throw you out at 2nd base going for a double. Hopefully it doesn't take you an hour.

I gave up on those moments and basically told myself that I'm never getting that Sosa card

Tried directional and didn't even get a ball in the air so until they add more missions I'm not getting Sosa

The first one took me a couple of tries. On that successful attempt, I had a homerun in the first at bat and a double in the second. The third at bat saw a 100+ mph liner off the pitcher and of course the third basemen knew off the bat that where the ball was going to go after hitting the pitcher (these fielders are great at predicting when and where the ball is going to deflect off the pitcher before the ball leaves the bat). Of course the third basemen was able to get to the ball and throw to first in time for the out. I was left to one last at bat after that, but I ended up going deep again to be successful. I have tried the second 8x TB Moment yet.

Tried it a couple of times. Got to 7 total bases. Said, “Nope. I’m done. SDS will have to change requirements or Sosa won’t be in my Inventory “. Two 8 TB “moments” is just ridiculous. Actually, any 8TB “moment” that isn’t part of some Extreme program is ridiculous

I got both done, but each probably took about 20-30 minutes. I was ready to just give up on the 2nd, but got lucky on my last attempt. I don't understand how a 3-homer game got 3 hits with an XBH, but each 2-homer game got 8 TBs.

Yeah, I was doing directional straight up for awhile with no success. I switched to up & left and it didn't take too long to finish the 3 hit one with 3 HR and the first 8 TB one with 2 HR. Haven't tried the new 8 TB one yet.

In the future, just change your batting camera angle. You'd be shocked at how that can help. Pull out all the stops instead of your hair!
Sometimes if i cant pick up a pitcher, i'd go to SZ offset first. Even try behind the pitcher if you need to! -
I was having trouble with it also, but eventually completed it after coming back to it the next day. Just like every other mission that is difficult. Just takes time and patience.

i didnt have problem with the 1st one....the one against Christopher Sanchez took a bit but i got it.
