Denver’s New Threads card

How do you get this card? It’s not on the market but it’s in my inventory to get and new threads collection but not a collection card from what I can see.

Collect both of the June spotlight program cards and you get him

Also anytime you have a card showing up that you don't know where to get it, you can go to the player card for it and one of the tabs is "locations" that shows you where it is obtained.

'Denver?'
As in John Denver? Lol. The Rockies could use him, but sadly for them, he went to a team with equally lame City Connects, the Giants.
'Denver Devers' has a nice ring to it, though, plus he could've used 'Rocky Mountain High' as his walkup.......
