Is the yellow victus pencil bat avaible in road to the show 25 and if it is how do you get it instead of opening packs

One can use the pencil bat in RTTS, however the ONLY way to get the Pencil bat is to complete two of the twelve My Legacy programs in Diamond Dynasty. You will need to play a lot of DD to get those done! You may have to settle for the Crayon Bat as you can buy that one in the community market.
